Business transport on account
For companies that travel regularly we keep an account. Your staff and guests get in without paying, and you receive one invoice a month instead of a pile of receipts for somebody to process.
How an account works
We record your company details and the routes you use most. Your staff call or book online and give the company name; nothing is settled in the car. Afterwards you receive one invoice listing every ride with the date, route and amount.
If you need a cost centre or project number per ride, we will put it on the invoice.
Guests and visitors
When a client or supplier flies in, we collect them from Schiphol, Eindhoven, Brussels or Düsseldorf and bring them to your office or hotel. With the flight number we track the arrival, delays included. Your guest arranges nothing and pays nothing.
Travelling as a group or with bulky luggage
With more than four passengers we send a minibus. It also helps when there are four of you but the luggage is bulky: ski gear, a pushchair, golf bags or a wheelchair.
If the group is larger than one minibus, we send several vehicles at once so everyone leaves and arrives together. Tell us the number of passengers and suitcases when you request a price, and we will send the right vehicle and quote for it.
